Holly has been with GMS since October 2025 and has 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Holly brings deep HR expertise across manufacturing, industrial gases, automotive and retail. Holly is known for her integrity, energy, and collaborative leadership, and is passionate about building a positive, engaging workplace.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Guelph and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College. Holly is an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in Ontario.
