Paul Green is a business executive who specializes in strategies for growth, within the construction products industry and the people within the entire GMS Canada and in-market brand companies. As President, Paul is responsible and accountable for the P&L, driving the financial plan and delivering the financial results of GMS Canada including expense setting and management inclusive of contingency planning. Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of the leadership group including presidents, directors, and senior department managers.

This includes career development of the senior management in partnership with the human resources director to include succession planning for self and all key roles.

Paul joined GMS Canada in 2022, following an over 20-year career within the construction products industry. Paul also has extensive floor covering experience, including ownership of an installation company, and commercial sales / general sales management with a competitive regional floor covering distributor.

Paul has been responsible for developing its national sales force representing all product categories sold within multiple customer channels which has grown both sales and market share.
