Scott Webster is the Chief Operating Officer of GMS Canada. With almost 30 years of industry and related leadership experience, Scott is responsible for managing the efficient operations of our customer service focused business, and works closely with our team overseeing, fleet, facility, health and safety, operations strategy, operational process, and network planning.

Scott's knowledge and expertise was evident in his preceding roles as VP of Operations for our company, VP of Operations for Shoemaker Drywall Supplies, and the President of Safe Choice Solutions a consulting company that operated in our industry and to many of our customers. Prior to starting his own company, Scott had worked in the building supplies industry and his roles gave him hands-on experience in almost all operational roles in the building material supply and GSD centric businesses. He prides himself with strategic decision making that thoroughly evaluates opportunity and risks.

Scott’s operational focus is on creating synergy and efficiencies internally and externally, to drive profits, develop people and build stronger partnerships. Scott is a dedicated collaborator and decision maker who continually seeks development opportunities for people, process improvement and growth.
